KVIrc support has been implemented: http://amip.tools-for.net/wiki/tutorials/kvirc .

Hi there. Thaks for this tutorial, and for AMIP.
I'm using foobar2000 (0.9.4) and KVirc. AMIP works fine, and $mediaplayer.nowplaying works. However, the function $mediaplayer.artist() and $mediaplayer.title() seems to return ... nothing. Is there a way to get somthing , Or is it because i'm listening to a webradio (Frequence3, http://streams.frequence3.net/ogg-112.m3u) ? PS: Using KVirc 3.2.6-20070402 with imported Qt-3.3.6 DLL |

It's because you are listening a web radio. Web radio doesn't provide standalone tags, only the whole title.

Ok.
I thought it provided tags because when the "amip '%s' format" is set to '%artist% | %title%', and the title displayed in MSN is well formated. |

This is no different from MSN integration. KVirc $mediaplayer.nowPlaying() uses %s variable.

Excuse double posting, but I've got a little problem with another windows-build of KVirc, using Qt4 (Found through Forums of KVirc). The sound interface for media players is in gray : no interface can be selected.
I Installed amip llike I did last time : using the AMIP provided kvimediaplyer.dll file. |

Did you read the notes in readme and on my site? Did you copy qt-336mt.dll? Into the kvirc directory?

Erf, i'll try this.
I thought it was not necessary for this QT4 compilation. Tested : even with the DLL, doesn't work (I tested the both kvimediaplayer.dll files) |

Find some more recent build which has AMIP support compiled in.

I'll wait for another build to be released.
I'm interested in compiling it, but I've no idea about how to do with the new Qt4 support. Dou you have a tutorial or a little bit documentation or HOWTO do on a windows platform ? Thanks a lot ! |

This is not the right forum to ask, write to KVirc developers mailing list or in some forum.
