====== XChat Now Playing HOW-TO ======
**Requirements:**

  * [[amip:download|AMIP Configurator]]

**Instructions:**
  - Download [[@/ds/dl.php?f=/files/amip_xchat.zip|amip_xchat.zip]] (187KB)
  - Unpack
  - See **readme.txt** for the detailed instructions

Basically, you need to copy all the files into XChat home directory **keeping the paths in the zip** and set up **preset #3** as shown on the following screenshot.

Now just type <code>/np</code> and you should see the following in the chat:

Additionally you can control player and AMIP with the [[manual:amip#api_commands|special commands]], like:
<code>/ac control pause</code>
to pause the playback.
