Well, y'see, when I use the AMIP in mIRC, the song title or album name (or both) trim somewhere in the middle of the name, with no apparent reason. It's not because they're too long, cause I've had one long-ass title once and it showed everything good (for example, the title "Get Busy Living Or Get Busy Dying (Do Your Part To Save The Scene And Stop Going To Shows)" worked).
QUOTE(Format displayed) * &Spidey is listening to "Song Title" [min:sec/totalmin:totalsec] (xCount) by "Artist Name", on "Album Name" QUOTE(AMIP Configuration String) //describe $active &c04,00is listening to &c03,00&b"%2"&b [%pm:%ps/%min:%sec] (x%itpc)&c04,00 by &c03,00&b%1&b&c04,00, on &c03,00&b"%4"&b QUOTE(Example of cut off) * &Spidey is listening to "Send My Love To The Dancefloor" [02:44/03:48] (x5) by "Cobra Starship", on "When The City Sleeps We Rule" Instead of: * &Spidey is listening to "Send My Love To The Dancefloor, I'll See You In Hell (Hey Mister DJ)" [02:44/03:48] (x5) by "Cobra Starship", on "When The City Sleeps We Rule The Streets" I didn't put it in bugs cause I think it's something wrong on my end. Please don't be upset, and move this to the correct section if I made a mistake. Any kind of help would be appreciated, thank you! |

Looks like a tag problem, id3v1 is read because id3v2 version you are using is not supported for this particular file.

So, uh... How do I fix this exactly? All my tags appear correctly in iTunes and WLM's media plugin.

Use Tag&Rename to covert your tags to non-unicode id3v2 v2.3 tags.
