Looks correct. Can you provide Explorer window showing the contents of the c:\amipweb folder?

Also, what player do you use?

My player is itunes and i can verify that the config file for amip is in the itunes plug-ins directory

What i dont know is wether amip is actually started or anything for when itunes kicks in

You can try Ctrl+J shortcut, it should bring AMIP playlist search window. If it works and highlights the current playlist song, then AMIP should execute presets. If it's not, try reinstalling AMIP.

But is there a way to make the script say something like "Nothing is currently playing" when nothing is playing on itunes

Yes it is, place calls to cURL which will upload this data in the Callback presets for Pause/Stop/Exit.

Answered my own question here got rid of it using IRC intergration and moved it to callbacks/web and made a amipwebstatic.out file and put the stop bit in there
