 Horrible sound problem in iTunes after installing plugin |

After installing the iTunes plugin, songs in iTunes started to make a horrible clanking sound. I know it's not a sound problem with my computer because I don't get this with other media players. I uninstalled both the plugin and iTunes and then reinstalled iTunes withOUT AMIP and songs are still making the sound. I've attached an audio clip so you can hear what I'm talking about. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.

AMIP doesn't have any functions that change sound, your problem is certainly not AMIP related.
