problem with accents �,�,�... Options

Hi all
I have some minor issues using AMIP Wrapper with Foobar 0.9.1 and MSN 7.
When i listen to my own mp3s it works nicely, but when I listen to Shoutcast streamings the display stops when it encounters an accent like �,�,�,�,�... which are frequent in french titles

for example, if i'm listening to "Gilbert B�caud - Nathalie"
it will display: "Gilbert B"

or if il listen to "T�tes Raides - Ginette"
it will display just: "T"

a problem i didn't have using Foobar 0.8.

Any suggestions ?
