Afternoon.
I was inquiring as to why I receive the message "* You are not on a channel" when I try to /dde mplug announce. Apologies if someone has already asked this or if the solution is too obvious. Make sure you have /describe $active or /msg $active in the beginning of your preset.

...and that you're typing this in a channel/query window, not the status window, because it wants to advertise in the active window.
