When Automatically Announce is disabled I get no output.

I dont want the automatically announcement to be on..
But when I disable it the manual command wont work.
When I turn automatically announcement on the manual command works.
What have I done wrong?

Edit: Sry, you can delete this post.. I found my problem..

I wrote the wrong command rolleyes.gif
