Hi, i'm ctrlaltca from the KVIrc team.
We're about to release the new KVIrc4 version (we're in rc1 now), and we'd like to include amip support with the new release. Serge Baranov kindly wrote the amip support for our mediaplayer module, but this needs two files (ac.dll and ac.ini) to work. We'd like to distribute these two files included in the kvirc bundle, so that users won't need anymore to follow the steps described at http://amip.tools-for.net/wiki/tutorials/kvirc before installing amip. I'm asking for the permission to include these 2 files in the kvirc bundle and the kind of distribution license/copyright these files are subjected to. |

Sorry for the delay with the reply, I've missed this question somehow.
Sure, you can include these files in the distribution, however I'm not sure about under which license. AMIP SDK is closed source at the moment. Which license will be better for you? |
