As described in the title, the gen_irc.dll crashes MediaMonkey 4.0.2.1462. With MediaMonkey 3 all worked well.

Actually it seems that all what was needed was to set the security property of the whole MediaMonkey-Folder to Full Acces for the user running MediaMonkey.
Serge, could you fix amip so that is not neccessary? I'd like to avoid setting this kind of security priviliege... |

Could be UAC related, AMIP is not compatible with it as it stores its configuration in the application directory which is not allowed when UAC is enabled. Running player as Administrator should help.
