AMIP Community _ Bug Reports _ How to return old Cyrillic mood in Skype

Is it possible AMIP(with Foobar if matters) to return the old mood in Skype that is set in Cyrillic, because if I use Callback there are only "?????" shown. Thank you. (Sorry for my English)

Works fine here, see attached. Verify your OS Regional Settings.
