Actually it's very easy. Just create "New text document.txt" file in C:\Program Files\AIMP3\ folder and rename it to "winamp.exe".

Afaik installer just checks if there is winamp.exe in destination folder. I've done it, so can you. Good luck wink.gif

It worked just fine for me (Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, AIMP3 beta 1 build 851), but you have to make sure AIMP3 is not running when you attemp to install amip, try unninstalling it and try again making sure AIMP3 is not being executed.

But yeah, official support for AIMP3 would be great.

People like me which cant give him anything, can only say one (or many) big

I'd also like proper AIMP3 support, but not just because of the installation, I'm having trouble with playlist commands as well.
