I am completely lost, after reading intensively for over 6 weeks, i cannot seem to port the song info being played to my mirc script.

I am using all the lastest updated beta's

i am currently using a slimserver system and it writes a simple text file as such: I am listening to Ms. New Booty (feat. Ying Yang Twins and Mr. Collipark) by "Bubba Sparxxx" from the album "The Charm" on my Squeezebox right now!!!!!

i have the configurator and i just cant see how to do this. All i want to do is read this simple text file and then have it go to the mirc script as a simple description such as: THis bot is playing : (insert file name here)


any help would be very apprieciated

It's not possible. AMIP gets info from the player only. What you need is a mIRC script that will read your file and print its contents in the channel.
