i encountered a small bug recently with the signature-generator. even if i have a unicode-TTF (Bitstream Cyberbit TTF) configured for it, it still displays the japanese letters as questionmarks

AMIP doesn't support Unicode, search the forum for details.

Windows 1251 encoding is correctly supported in AMIP and in AMIPDS. Unicode support is planned for 3.0.
