is it possible to export all the content of the current playlist in a file ? (using getlist and $ll ?) it's for the foosq appli. Check SDK samples, here is a command line tool which can dump playlist.

No, AMIP doesn't support multiple playlists and therefore it's not possible to get the names of the playlists or switch between them.
