Was wanting to know if the wrappers were going to be compiled under windows 7 anytime soon considering it is now in RC state?

There is no need to recompile software to work under Windows 7.

It should work fine.

Reason: This component is not compatible with this version of Windows and needs to be recompiled with a newer version of the foobar2000 SDK; please contact the author of this component to obtain an updated version of this component.

Is the error message, on a new install of Windows 7 RC.

You are using old AMIP version, update to the recent one for the latest foobar 0.9.6.5. The problem has nothing to do with Windows 7.
