interesting feature:
could you submit data to MySQL w/ config log-in file or setting?

something to consider:
could this be user independent? like last.fm
so if the site has many user...

You can script it. Take a look how AMIPDS works and change the code to write info into DB instead of the image generation.

Something like a local a-la last.fm server product is also planned.
