I'm using AMIP in combination with latest mIRC and WinAMP for quite a while now but i'm unable to mute the winamp player.
What is missing is the "control mute" function imo

I can lower the volume to zero but how do i get it back to it's original state?

Is there a variable i can retrieve with AMIP to use in mIRC scripts and use that as target for original position?

Or just add mute function to control options.

Also notice control shuffle didn't work as i expected in latest winamp.

What does seem to work is the set function but not the control.

%vol Player volume (0..255)

That is a static setting, how can i read current settings?
I want to create my own mute function in a script and there for i need to know what current position is.

It's not static.
