I wonder if AMIP supports unicode. Some of my songs are in languages other than English. But the tags are in unicode characters. They work fine with the Windows Media Player's now playing, and some other 3rd party Winamp now playing plug-ins. However, I only saw some -???-??? in messenger with AMIP.

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but whenever I use the latest AMIP in combination with the latest version of foobar2000 (0.9.3.x), when I try to play a song with Japanese characters in the tags, foobar just crashes. When I disable AMIP, the files play just fine.
I've tried reinstalling foobar and AMIP from scratch and adding optional components one by one, but it's really AMIP that causes the crash.

I can live with Japanese getting displayed as question marks, but this is slightly more aggravating.

EDIT: I just noticed that foobar doesn't crash with symbols like ๖, they just get displayed as รถ.
